How ITB-ICOS works

Invite

Create candidates in IONA or via applicant management and invite them to take the test via a link.

Assess

Participants complete the test online. The adaptive process ensures appropriate tasks and efficient testing time.

Evaluate

Once completed, the results are automatically available – including a results report for each person.

HR receives a compact overview of all results and can make decisions faster, more consistently and more transparently.
