ITB-PERFORM is used in the aptitude assessment process to ensure a data-supported, efficient selection of the most suitable applicants and thus maximise the chance of professional success. The modular test battery measures cognitive abilities that are crucial for the success of professionals and career changers.

The short modules of the ITB-PERFORM can be freely combined and thus flexibly adapted to the requirements profile for a target position. The test duration varies accordingly depending on the respective combination of the individual modules. The difficulty level of our standardised test modules is specially optimised for the selection of professionals and lateral entrants.

A good overall result in ITB-PERFORM requires the ability to absorb and process information quickly, a high degree of precision in processing and developing efficient problem-solving strategies, as well as a high degree of organisational skills and mental flexibility. The skills modules, which are based on figurative, verbal and numerical task material, convey practical relevance through their thematic embedding in the professional world and are designed in such a way that they can be solved without any prior knowledge.

In addition, ITB-PERFORM can be easily combined with other test procedures, e.g. ITB-LEAS, a situational judgement test on professional and leadership aptitude, by integrating it into our online test system IONA.
