ITB-CHART consists of two coordinated modules:

Assesses logical reasoning based on diagrams and tables. Suitable for a wide range of roles – from career starters to experienced specialists, across all sectors and organisational levels.

Assesses corporate strategic analysis skills. Designed for specialists and managers who need to interpret complex data, identify trends and make informed decisions.
How ITB-CHART works
Invite
Create candidates directly in IONA or invite them via an interface from your applicant tracking system. Access is via a link – no login or app download required.
Assess
Participants complete the test online – at any time, from any location, on a smartphone, tablet or PC. Standardised instructions ensure fair and comparable conditions.
Evaluate
Once completed, the results are automatically available – including a results report for each individual.
Decide
HR receives a compact overview of all results and can make decisions faster, more consistently and more transparently.

How long does the test take?
ITB-CHART usually takes 36 minutes. The exact duration depends on whether you use CHART analytics or CHART strategy, which can be supplemented by a presentation exercise requiring no prior knowledge, similar to a case study.
Is ITB-CHART suitable for all sectors?
Yes. The test has been developed to be applicable across all sectors. It is also possible to tailor the content to specific sectors to make the tasks even more relevant to your candidates’ professional lives.
How well is it received by candidates?
Very well. As the tasks are based on realistic professional scenarios, the relevance to the job is immediately apparent to participants. This ensures understanding, motivation and a positive candidate experience.
Do I need special training?
No. After registration, you will receive a full introduction to the software and the evaluation process. Extensive training is not required.
How do I receive the results?
Automatically and immediately after the test is completed – as an individual report per person and as an overview for HR. Traffic light colours are available to help you quickly classify the results.
Is ITB-CHART compliant with DIN 33430?
Yes. A detailed manual in accordance with DIN 33430 is available on request. All personnel involved at ITB Consulting are licensed as service providers in accordance with DIN 33430 / ISO 10667
